The programme is for experienced mid to senior level managers who wish to challenge themselves and discover their leadership edge. It is designed to engage them in a move from managing to leading.
They do this by getting a deeper understanding of themselves, their performance and their impact on others. We use leading edge, evidenced based behavioural tools and techniques to develop a full range of well researched successful leader capabilities: authentic, positive, imaginative, adaptable, empathetic, communicating, emotionally intelligent.
Delivered in a series of challenging, experiential, psychologically sophisticated but positive workshops over a year, there are no exams but assessment is continuous on the practical application of relevant new behaviours within the workplace and reflection on how these successfully influence others and add organisational value. We want people on the programme to get results from and be rewarded in their behaviour change quickly. Employers see results within the first few workshops. In fact over 70% of this year’s cohort has been promoted to positions of substantial responsibility during the programme.

The Executive Certificate in Event Management is a four day intensive training programme designed to provide a foundation of key skills and knowledge associated with the creation and delivery of corporate, private and public events. The programme outlines industry best practice in the marketing, planning, conduct and evaluation of events. Staff of the Australian Centre for Event Managment of the University of Technology, Sydney deliver the course in partnership with EIFEM.

The Executive Certificate in Coaching Practice is a skills based coaching programme designed to equip individuals with a knowledge and understanding of different coaching techniques and models and build confidence in their ability to use them.
The programme will include some core theory on coaching and the assumptions that underpin it but the emphasis of the programme is on developing practical coaching skills.
