By bus

First Buses 12, 16, 27/28 from Waterloo Place, Edinburgh. Allow at least an hour for the trip, but roadworks and heavy traffic at certain times of the day can add to the journey.

By train

The journey takes 25 mins from Edinburgh Waverley - Livingston North station is a 15-20 min walk from the hospital. Check National Rail for train times.

By car

Drive west on the M8. Exit at junction 3 taking the slip road to the dual carriageway. Follow the signs to the hospital. Leave the dual carriageway on the 2nd exit, merging onto Cousland Road. Take the 2nd road on the left then turn right and the hospital driveway is next on the left.
