Edinburgh Napier University's campuses are about 15 minutes drive from Edinburgh city centre and are all within easy reach of the city bypass. They can be reached both by private car or coach and by public transport. Each campus has clear signage to its facilities, including disabled parking and access.
By bus
A Park and Ride service is available into Edinburgh from Fife. There are connections at the Gyle Centre with a number of bus services to the city centre, where you can then use the appropriate bus for your chosen campus.
Please note that bus routes are often changing throughout this year, due to work on the tram system. For full and up-to-date details of buses serving Edinburgh Napier University and other parts of Edinburgh, contact Lothian Buses or First Bus directly.
By air
Fly to Edinburgh Airport then take a taxi to your chosen campus. Alternatively an Airlink bus will take you into the city centre and then take the appropriate bus from the city centre out to your chosen campus.
By rail
Travel to Waverley or Haymarket Station and then take a taxi or Lothian bus to the appropriate campus. Train times are available from National Rail Enquiries.
By bicycle
There are a number of cycle paths around the city which could be used to travel part of your journey to our campuses. There is a cycle path directly from Balerno and Currie directly to our Craiglockhart and Merchiston Campuses.
