Registration and costs

The costs for the conference are:

Early bird offer, cost of full three day conference including gala event (This is the Early Bird Rate which is valid until 15th  April 2010 - it will increase to £250.00 on the 16th April 2010 )  £200.00
Cost of full three day conference including gala event £250.00
Cost of full conference for students including gala event £150.00
Cost of conference per day £55.00
Cost of conference per day for students £40.00
Three for the price of two. Reduced conference rate for NHS Lothian and Edinburgh Napier University staff only. When booking made three staff can attend for the price of two. This offer includes the gala event. £500.00
Cost of Gala event (if booking the conference on a daily rate)  £45.00

Terms of booking

Conference fees

The conference fee includes registration for the conference, conference materials, lunch and refreshments. It does not include travel or accommodation.

Cancellations

Cancellations received one full month before the start of the event will be refunded, minus a 25% administration fee. Unfortunately no refunds can be processed after this date. Places can be substituted with the prior knowledge and agreement of the Conference Organising Committee. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and timing of the programme.

The Conference Organising Committee can take no responsibility for non-refundable travel / accommodation in the case of a changed programme or cancelled event.
