Job Summary:

20 Hours per week

Your main responsibilities will be to provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Building Performance Centre / RMP Acoustics including the reception duties, managing diaries and travel arrangements and managing room bookings and hospitality. You will be responsible for maintaining the Centre’s files, records and databases, managing staff’s expense forms and manage stationery stocks. You will also assist in preparation of technical consultancy reports. Your other duties will include assistance in preparation of the Centre’s newsletter and promotional materials.

Relevant experience in providing administrative and secretarial support is essential as is the ability to work on your own initiative and to tight deadlines. In addition you must have excellent IT skills with proven proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and databases including Microsoft Office, whilst also having a sense of customer focus and good interpersonal skills.
