You will provide administrative services to research students and staff, as part of the Graduate School team. This includes recruitment and matriculation; maintaining accurate student records; committee work; dealing effectively with enquiries. You will also maintain links with other university departments and contribute to regular reviews of regulations and procedures. Additionally, this particular role involves liaison with the Business School concerning all aspects of research degree provision, responsibility for producing well-researched reports, and managing Napier’s participation in a UK on-line student satisfaction survey.
Educated to preferably degree level, you should have extensive relevant experience of administration, data analysis and presentation, and excellent communication and IT skills. The ability to work in a team and on your own initiative and prioritising your workload is essential.
