ASSISTANT FACULTY MANAGER
Salary : £22,332 to £26,666 pa
An experienced University/College administrator, you will join the Faculty team.
Based within the Faculty Office at our Canaan Lane Campus, you will liaise widely across the University and externally. You will manage a team of five administrators and be responsible for ensuring that it provides the Dean and key members of senior staff with a high standard of service. You will support a wide range of area including marketing & recruitment, international developments, research & research students and committee management. You will also have the opportunity to undertake project work.
With a degree or equivalent, suitable experience in an administrative role and supervisory experience of a variety of staff grades, you should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, sound organisational skills and an ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Experience of managing small projects and working on your own initiative will be essential as will a sound knowledge of using spreadsheets and other IT applications.
