This is a key post in the Undergraduate Office of Napier University Business School. You will be responsible for the management and co-ordination of effective administrative support for staff, students and programmes of study. A key responsibility of the post holder will be to undertake the timetabling for all undergraduate modules and programmes of study but you will also be required to support the Quality Enhancement procedures within the Faculty, analyse and present statistical information, and manage and develop support staff. You will support the other Assistant Faculty Managers in the Faculty in overseeing the work of the office and will support the implementation, monitoring and review of relevant processes and procedures.
Educated to Degree level/equivalent or with relevant work experience, you will have previous administrative experience in a busy administrative environment preferably in the further/higher education sector.You will have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work on your own initiative and to achieve challenging deadlines. Your well developed IT skills will include the use of spreadsheets and databases. Experience of timetabling, supervising staff and Committee Servicing is preferred.
