Napier University’s Employability Services seeks a customer focused individual with a ‘can do’ attitude to join the Careers team. You will be the first point of contact for telephone, face-to-face and email enquiries, providing a helpful and courteous service to students, graduates, employers and colleagues within and external to the University. You will be responsible for promoting vacancies and opportunities to students or graduates through a bespoke system, and for managing appointments through an electronic diary. You will have experience of working in a customer focused environment, together with well developed interpersonal and IT skills.
A HNC/equivalent or previous extensive relevant experience and a flexible approach are essential to support the Careers Manager and Careers team. Experience of working in the Further/Higher Education sector would be advantageous.

Appointments will normally be made at the bottom of the salary scale.
