You will lead the support of a consultancy research team of the Building Performance Centre (BPC) at Edinburgh Napier University.
Your duties will focus on three main areas: finance, marketing and secretarial work. You will undertake financial responsibilities ranging from procurement, budgeting and invoicing and liaising with Finance Department. You will assist in implementing and improving BPC marketing strategy, maintain and update three company websites, produce newsletters and advertising materials. You will also lead the support team in providing full administrative support of the centre, assist in preparation of consultancy reports, manage team diaries and databases. You will undertake Line Manager duties including conducting professional development reviews and staff training.
Relevant experience in administrative role is essential as well as ability to proven track record of financial management. Marketing and advertising experience will be a great advantage. You will be self-motivated and able to work under pressure. You must be a proficient user of Microsoft Office package, experience of using financial and design software will be a significant advantage. You will be costumer focused and enjoy working in teams.
