Working from the help desk at campus level providing customer focused IT support to staff and students face to face, over the phone or by email you will take an active role in ensuring our services, in particular during evenings and at weekends, are delivered to increasingly high standards. You will be customer focused, have experience of several relevant technologies and applications, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and significant IT support experience.
A degree or HND level education is required although candidates with other qualifications will be considered if their experience is particularly relevant.
36.25 hrs per week Sunday to Thursday worked flexibly over a seven-day shift pattern.
Monday – Friday 8:45 am - 9:00 pm
Saturday – Sunday 8:45 am - 5:00 pm
