Employability Services provides a comprehensive portfolio of activities designed to enhance the employability potential of our students and their employment prospects. Confident Futures is a programme of personal development for students at Napier. It is aimed at: enhancing employability; developing well-founded self-confidence; supporting students to take responsibility for their own personal and professional development; and fostering a sense of belonging with the University and their peers.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, flexible, experienced and well-qualified individual to support the Head of Employability Services in the overall administration of the day to day functions of the department, and the Confident Futures team in organising and delivering the Confident Futures programme and related activities.

Well developed communication, organisational, analytical and interpersonal skills are required, as well as the ability to organise your own workload. The IT skills required include word-processing, spreadsheets, databases and web page creation and maintenance. You should be able to demonstrate a commitment to students and the quality of their experience, and be able to work creatively under pressure in a changing environment. You should also be able to demonstrate a proactive, positive and collaborative approach to working with a wide range of colleagues.
