Napier is a world-class modern university, focused on students and helping them to realise their potential.  In response to the University’s strategy for growth, Napier has invested in the Development Office to increase opportunities to raise money from private sources and to grow the alumni function

You will provide effective administrative support to the Development Office, particularly the fundraising team.   Educated to Higher grade or equivalent, you will provide logistical support for fundraising events and will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of fundraising meetings and prospect visits.

You must have excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritise your own workload.  As well as providing professional administrative support, you will also assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations, briefing notes and assist with the stewardship activities carried out by the Development Office.

Appointments are normally made at the bottom of the salary scale
