You will support the alumni function within the Development Office to help co-ordinate and plan the alumni programmes, which includes managing reunions and events, services and benefits, including branded merchandise and corporate gifts for the University. The administration of core University and alumni events will also be part of your remit.
Educated to Higher level or equivalent with experience in event administration, you should have a good eye for detail, excellent IT, written and verbal communciation. You must be a team player who can plan and proritise and you should have previous experience of Website administration.
