You will have a good relevant degree and postgraduate qualification.
You will be expected to teach in all programmes offered by the Edinburgh Institute and be able to contribute to the development and teaching of innovative and leading edge programmes in the areas of Leadership and Management Practice. In addition, you will have an existing track record of expertise in the provision of leadership and management education in the public and/or private sector.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork are essential requirements of the post. The ability to foster and develop collaborative links with external partners would also be advantageous.
