The Edinburgh, Lothians, Fife and Borders Regional Articulation Hub is located in the Academic Development Department at Edinburgh Napier University. The Hub has been funded by the Scottish Funding Council initially for one year to improve opportunities for students studying at College to progress to degree courses offered by the Universities in the region.
We are seeking an organised and flexible individual who will deliver a high standard of administrative support for the Hub’s Director and other staff seconded from our partner institutions to work for the Hub. You will need to have experience in providing administrative support to complex projects and demonstrate excellent secretarial, administrative, communication and IT Skills and an ability to manage priorities and work flexibly. A key part of the role will be to plan and organise meetings and events, communicate effectively with partners, co-ordinate funding applications, update the Hub’s website, collect articles for newsletters and keep track of processes
