This post is supported by the UK Resource Centre for women in science, engineering and technology for one year.
You will have responsibility within the Scottish Resource Centre for Women in Science, Engineering and Technology (SET) for working with employers to change policies and workplace practices to improve the recruitment, retention and progression success for women in science, engineering, built environment and technology sectors. Working closely with a UK team, you will provide gender equality advice, training and consultancy on organisational and culture change and best practice in recruitment, retention and progression to SET employers across Scotland. We are looking for someone who can work with a wide range of people to make change happen and achieve our project targets. Flexible hours can be negotiated.
Appointments are normally made at the bottom of the salary scale.
