Student Affairs provides high quality and effective professional services to support potential and current students from their initial enquiry to Edinburgh Napier University through to graduation and beyond. We currently have a vacancy for an Enquiry Assistant within the Customer Services section of Student Affairs.
Within Student Affairs, Customer Services contribute to the development, implementation and monitoring of an integrated approach to enquiry management by:
- working collaboratively to ensure enquiries are handled accurately and quickly
- planning and delivering customer focussed front-line enquiry services
- managing relationships with prospective students through the use of direct marketing and customer relationship management programmes to convert enquiries through to application and matriculation.
You will have experience in a customer service environment within Higher of Further Education, and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills. You will have good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work using your own initiative in a busy environment. Ideally, you will have a good understanding of student administration, and the ability to be able to update websites would be an advantage.
