Job Summary:

This post is fixed term for 1 year.

You will take responsibility for providing effective administration support for the quality enhancement function. You should therefore have an interest and/or knowledge of quality related processes. You should be educated to HND level or equivalent and have administrative experience, preferably in further or higher education. In addition, excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills are required together with the ability to work on your own initiative, under pressure and to meet deadlines.

Experience of IT, especially spreadsheets and databases is essential and some Committee Servicing experience would be an advantage.

Appointments will normally be made at the bottom of the salary scale.
