Napier University Business School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic individual who will provide effective administrative support to students on the BA (Hons) Business Management programme - the largest programme in the Business School which attracts students from a number of countries, particularly across Europe. A key responsibility for the post holder will be to deal with EU applications and to liaise with our partner institutions in the EU.
You should be educated to HND level or equivalent or have prior administrative experience, preferably within further or higher education. In addition excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills are required together with the ability to work on your own initiative, under pressure and to meet deadlines.
IT experience, especially with spreadsheets and databases is essential. Experience of dealing with EU applications; the ability to speak and understand French; German or Polish and experience of Committee Servicing would be an advantage.
