Your main responsibilities will be to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Associate Dean in the area of Academic Quality and Customer Service. This will include database maintenance, report preparation, and providing a full committee secretary service. You will assist with the approval of new modules and programmes and support the review of existing programmes. In addition you will also provide administrative support for our research degree programmes and be a first point of contact for research student enquiries.
Qualified to HND level or equivalent, you should have experience of working in a busy office environment. You should also have excellent IT skills, with proven proficiency in word processing, databases, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail, a sense of customer focus and good interpersonal skills are also essential as is the ability to work on your own and to deadlines.
