Napier University Business School is looking to appoint a customer focused individual with an outgoing personality to join its Faculty administrative team. You will have experience of working in a customer focused environment and you will act as the first point of contact for telephone and face-to-face enquiries, providing a helpful and courteous service to all. Your interpersonal skills will be well developed as will your IT skills - particularly in relation to spreadsheets, databases and the internet - and you will have experience of maintaining filing systems.
Standard Grade English or previous relevant work experience and a flexible approach to working, to ensure that the team can be supported as necessary, is essential. Experience of working in the FE/HE sector would be advantageous.
