Job Summary:

Facilities Services are responsible for managing and developing the University’s property and maintenance, as well as managing various campus services.

Based at our temporary offices in The Forum, 8 Bankhead Crossway North, Edinburgh, EH11 4BP, you will provide administrative support to staff within Facilities Services and should therefore have office experience. You must have good IT skills including databases and spreadsheets

You must be flexible with a can-do attitude, as this post is key to supporting the department operation.

All appointments will normally be made at the bottom of the salary band.
