Hours of Work: Monday (8.45 – 5), Tuesday (8.45 – 5), Wednesday (1 - 5)
Information Assistants deliver an excellent level of customer service to external enquirers via telephone, email and the web, ensuring that enquiries are handled accurately, quickly and at the first point of contact wherever possible to minimise onward referral.
You will have excellent customer service skills as well as experience of working in a busy customer facing environment. You will have good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Interviews will be held: 11 March 2009
Appointments are normally made at the bottom of the salary scale
