Job Summary:

Your main responsibility will be to assist the Head of Project Development to identify, collect, analyse and communicate information supporting current and potential projects, funding streams and partnerships to internal and external audiences.  This person will act as the ‘eyes and ears’ for Project Development & Management reporting directly to and regularly deputising for the Head of Project Development within project meetings in Edinburgh, across Scotland and in Europe.  You will build on existing information networks and enhance existing ICT systems to effectively translate and communicate relevant information to identified internal and external stakeholders.  You will support the project managers within multiple Academic Development projects, managing the full life-cycle of specific activities that requires the gathering, analysis and presentation of information.  These information networks once established and managed will become self-fulfilling and lead to the creation new projects and partnerships as well as supporting the objectives and mainstreaming of existing Napier Projects.
