A key role in the international college, you will support the co-ordination of the international activity across the institution to attain the goals and targets of the University. You will hold particular responsibility for ensuring the efficient and responsive customer service function of the International College. This position requires a high degree of social and organisational skills as you will be required to deal with a wide range of people, from potential international students and university staff to external agents and organisations.
You should be qualified to a minimum of degree level and have administrative experience in a customer service role, have excellent IT skills and a high level of organisational and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of the international student market would be preferable.
