Your main role will be to manage a number of learning & development projects, in particular a cross functional programme for administrators.
You will liaise and consult with a number of internal customers and colleagues whilst also organising and managing the delivery of the central learning & development programme for Napier staff. You will be responsible for supervising the administration of this programme.
Relevant experience in managing learning & development projects is essential as is supervisory experience. You will also have or be working towards a training qualification, if not you should be able to demonstrate a CPD record of relevant experience.
In addition you will have facilitation and presentation skills with proven proficiency in IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Outlook. A background in Higher Education or the public sector would be helpful.
Appointments will normally be made at the bottom of the salary scale
