As an important member of the Facilities Services team you will carry out planned maintenance, reactive works and minor installations in your core trade and through a flexible working arrangement other general maintenance duties with regards to Facilities/ Building services on behalf of the University.
You will be a time served electrician, hold a recognised electrical qualification and be able to demonstrate good written and spoken communication skills, have a good track record in property maintenance, use of maintenance software systems and evidence of delivering a customer focused service.
