Personal Assistant to the Directorate
Salary: £17,651 - £21,050
Provide administrative support to the Directorate in Facilities Services, your main duties will be to the Director and Project Manager.
You will undertake a wide variety of work with a flexible approach, whilst the ability to work as part of a team is essential. You must have considerable experience in providing a high level of administrative support (preferably to senior managers), and will be capable of undertaking the full range of responsibilities, dealing with competing priorities, without supervision and with confidence.
You should be self-motivated, highly organised, with excellent communication and IT skills and have considerable experience of diary management underpinned by a strong commitment to customer service. Experience of working at a senior level in Higher Education or similar environment would be an advantage.
