An increasingly important role for the internationalisation of the University. You will be responsible for the administration of international exchange and study abroad programmes. They will have a high degree of social and organisational skills and be able to work to regulatory frameworks set by outside bodies such as the UK Erasmus National Agency. As the institutional coordinator for our North American Exchange partners and for the International Student Exchange Programme (ISEP), you will be responsible for the financial management of the exchange programmes. Your role will involve encouraging home students to take up exchange programmes opportunities and dealing with enquiries from overseas students and institutions wishing to instigate new exchanges.
You should be qualified to a minimum of degree level and have experience of working in an international environment and customer service, preferably with experience of the Socrates Erasmus mobility programme. The post holder must be numerate and have good IT skills.
