Project Administrator – Pay & Reward (Fixed term for 3 months, in the first instance)

Responsible for providing a full and confidential administrative support service to the Pay & Reward Team. Duties will include preparing for job evaluation events; committee servicing; and maintaining computerised and manual job evaluation records.
Educated to HNC/HND level or with equivalent relevant experience, you should have at least 2 years administrative experience, preferably within a Human Resources environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; well developed IT skills; and the ability to work on your own initiative and to prioritise workload within the context of a small team are all essential.
