You will be working as part of a small, yet crucial team providing systems support to users throughout the University for the major business systems. You will assist with the day-to-day management of University wide systems, assist in the development of relevant control procedures to ensure they meet University needs, deliver training courses and provide support to staff via the systems helpdesk.
You must have extensive experience of using and interrogating databases, including data extraction and reporting. Excellent analytical, IT and communication skills and a strong track record of providing customer-focused services are essential requirements. SITS:Vision (Tribal) and/or Syllabus Plus Timetabling experience would be an advantage.
