We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, flexible, experienced and well-qualified individual to join the Diversity and Special Needs Services team to help students with special needs and disabilities find appropriate support to fulfil their academic potential.
You should have a degree or equivalent and significant relevant experience of working with people with mental health difficulties, physical and sensory impairments and specific learning difficulties. You should have well developed communication, organisational and interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate a commitment to students and the quality of their experience. You should be able to work under pressure in a changing environment and be able to demonstrate a proactive, positive and collaborative approach to working with a wide range of colleagues.
