You will provide a front line service to students, dealing with enquiries from both current students and students hoping to come to the University.
You will have particular responsibility for key management, equipment ordering and stock control, and you will be required to maintain appropriate record systems for budgetary purposes. You will be responsible for the updating and editing of all the accommodation brochures produced on an annual basis and you will assist in maintaining and developing the department’s web pages and our web-based provision of private sector information.
In addition, you will be responsible for providing operational management and support at the flats for visitors who use our flats during the summer.
You will have excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills. Educated to at least Highers level, applicants should demonstrate previous experience of project and operational management and ideally have experience of working with students.
