You will manage a portfolio of city centre self-catered student flats and be responsible for the management, monitoring and control of the flats, liaising with colleagues in respect of maintenance, health and safety, security and cleaning. Duties will also include responsibility for managing the student tenants and tenancy issues, managing voids and arrears. Experience of managing properties and tenants is essential.
The ability to multi task, to deal with students and colleagues at all levels and in difficult situations, and to provide advice and information on a wide range of topics are essential. You must have good use of written and spoken English and be an experienced Microsoft user (Word/Excel/Access). Accuracy and attention to detail and a customer focussed approach are essential.
