You will provide support and advice to academic staff, students, applicants and others, dealing with a wide range of enquiries about the professional administrative services provided by Student Affairs. You will also provide administrative support to Student Affairs events including induction, matriculation, examinations and graduation.
You would be expected to provide an excellent level of customer service to all customers who access our service by telephone or e-mail, and to work with other team members to continuously improve service delivery.
You will also have good word and excel skills and be proficient with data entry.You should have a minimum of an HNC or 3 Higher Grades, or have extensive relevant work experience. You will be able to work to strict deadlines within a busy office environment. Occasional evening and weekend working is required to support peak periods throughout the year.
