The Commercialisation and Knowledge Transfer Office provides specialist support to staff and students across the University.
As an important part of the team, you will provide a range of key support services to the PA/Executive Support Officer and colleagues within the office. As first point of contact for telephone and face-to-face enquires, you will also undertake general administrative duties such as document and diary management. The team are based at the Craighouse Campus, but on occasions you may be asked to work at other campuses.
Demonstrable experience in providing administrative support is essential as is the ability to use your own initiative. In addition you must have good IT skills with proven proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and databases using Microsoft Office, whilst also having strong attention to detail, a sense of customer focus and good interpersonal skills.
Interviews will be held on 13 February 2008.
