You will support the planning and delivery of front-line enquiry services, including the management of professional reception services across five main campuses. You will coordinate the marketing and promotion of Student Affairs by working closely with colleagues both across Student Affairs, and manage the service provided by student ambassadors and guides for all Student Affairs activities on a day-to-day basis.
You will have good interpersonal, communication and organisations skills with a commitment to high service levels and customer focus. You will have the capability to supervise and facilitate the work of a team and be able to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines. You will have good Microsoft Office skills, and be educated to degree level. You should be willing to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
