Reunions are a popular way of maintaining friendships, which were built during your time at Napier. These can be based on class anniversaries, club and society memberships, geographically, or with a specially selected group of friends.

There is no set way to organise a reunion, however the information available to you here should give you some guidance.  We are more than happy to provide you with any additional information or advice that you may need.

The main aim is to have a well organised event, which everyone enjoys and wants to repeat.

The alumni team will assist you by:

• Sending invitations out on your behalf.
• Sending out follow up letters to remind alumni of the upcoming reunion.
• Advertise the reunion on our website.
• Advertise the reunion in the Red Triangle
• Advertise the reunion in e-bulletins.
• Assist with information relating to appropriate venues around the Edinburgh area
• Take any event fees on your behalf.
• If taking money on your behalf, we can settle accounts for you.
• Print pictures and an accompanying story in the next edition of the Red Triangle.
• Provide name tags for all attending the night (if required).

Your job as the class representative is to:

• Keep the reunion alive, whether it is once a year, once every five years or even once every ten years.
• Be an external contact for the reunion whilst it is in process.
