Graduate wins Monaco Internship Prize

James Paul, who graduated with a First in Building Surveying this year, was recognised at the recent Sociable Surveyors awards and awarded an internship at Bouygues in Monaco.

The Sociable Surveyors competition involved final year university students of any degree background submitting a 2 min 'Video CV' detailing their achievements so far and their reasons for wanting to enter the property profession. The competition was extremely high, including students from Oxford, Cambridge, LSE and hundreds of others from universities across the UK.

Following additional telephone interviews, James was invited to the Cass Business School in London to be presented by Liz Locke (from the Apprentice) and David Atkins (CEO of Hammerson plc) with an all expenses paid internship at the French Telecoms, Energy and Construction giant.
