Schools and Centres
The Business School consists of three schools that cover our main subject areas: the School of Accounting, Financial Services and Law, School of Management and the School of Marketing, Tourism and Languages. There are also a number of subject specific institutes and departments including the Employment Research Institute and centres for Law and Languages, information about all of which can be found using the left hand navigation menu.

For professional development, our Edinburgh Institute is dedicated to improving leadership and management through practice-based learning. Whether you are part of a global company, an SME or an individual learner, the EI aims to make you a better leader or manager.
The Edinburgh Institute itself has a number of programme areas and these are represented by, for example, the Festival & Event Management Division and the People and Organisational Development Division, quality specialist teams that are brought together across disciplines, sectors, countries and types of service.
Edinburgh Napier University is renowned for fostering new businesses and teaching entrepreneurship and at the forefront of this area is our Enrtepreneurship Division. For those students who are interested in developing a business while studying there is our highly successful Moffat Centre, which provides 'start-up' business units.
Business transformation is becoming a core theme in all our disciplines and this development has been supported by a major investment in The Business School at the Craiglockhart Campus. Our state-of-the-art building creates an open, learner-centred environment which will provide learners of all ages and at all stages of their business careers an opportunity to learn across traditional academic boundaries.
The Business School certainly is a lively and stimulating place in which to learn.
