What you will study
You can choose to study online or by full-time attendance in Edinburgh, completing three modules, for example:
- Leadership Learning & Development - the module enables you to assess your own leadership skills in respect to carrying out an organisational analysis. It will develop your higher level leadership skills and knowledge, enabling you to promote reflective management practice and make a positive contribution within an organisation and transfer these skills to new situations.
- Creativity to Sustainability - the modules explores the issues and challenges surrounding the creation of a more innovative, creative organisation and achieving sustainability in dynamic world.
- Contemporary Issues in Strategic Management - the module enables you to analyse, synthesis and evaluate, through the practical application of conceptual constructs of the global environment, the means by which strategic decision making is achieved.

Admission requirements
You will need a Manipal MBA for entry to this course, plus 2 years’ appropriate full time work experience (ie that expected of a graduate). Those applicants with less than 2 years work experience may be considered on an individual basis. Where an applicant does not have a degree, a lesser qualification may be considered with more work experience. A professional qualification may also be considered in place of a degree.
Where English is not your first language, you will be required to prove competence in English to IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 575, or to pass the ENU English Assessment.
