Facilities

We have a range of versatile facilities for testing the energy performance of domestic, commercial and industrial buildings and can perform:

  • Computer simulation of building performance
  • Remote monitoring of building energy use
  • In-situ testing of building fabric performance, ventilation and air tightness
  • Indoor air quality and noise assessment

We also operate a range of building pressurisation and air leakage testing equipment capable of undertaking testing in compliance with CIBSE TM23 and EN13829:2001. This can be done in conjunction with smoke testing, tracer gas decay techniques and Infra Red Thermography.
