About Us

The Scottish Resource Centre for Women in Science, Engineering and Technology sets out to create sustainable change for women in SET sectors throughout Scotland.  We are the Scottish Government's delivery partner for projects to increase the participation of women in SET education and employment in Scotland.  We achieve this through:

• Changing employment practices and workplace cultures to support gender equality.
• Supporting the recruitment, retention, return and success of women where they are significantly under-represented.
