Businesses need to recruit and retain more women to ensure they make the most of the talent available. Currently women make up only 7% of engineering professionals, 14% of ICT professionals and 1% of construction trades professionals in the UK.
The Scottish Resource Centre offers a consultancy service to businesses and organisations to help them create a working environment which supports equality and diversity. We have worked with employers in the life sciences, constructions, engineering, IT and energy sectors.
