We offer support to women at all stages of their career. Events are held across Scotland to help women become more positive, confident and to make informed career decisions.

Services provided include:

• Interactive workshops covering topics such as public appointments; media training; career development and women entrepreneurs
• Career-focused events through Interconnect for female students, helping them make links with industry and other female professionals
• Receiving or providing mentoring and coaching support and advice
• Equality and diversity training for students, apprentices and businesses
• The Scottish Resource Centre offers a range of consultancy services for businesses and organisations.
