"Defending Ideas" and "Networking" are integrated into the MBA Management Project module to contribute to academic and CPD module outcomes. The combination of workshops provides students with a range of relevant tools before embarking upon the dissertation project. Students are introduced to techniques for devising and refining their projects and to mobilise their resources in realising that projects often require collaboration with external organisations. The "Defending Ideas" workshop also provides students with a method of exposing their projects to criticism in order to improve the rigour of their work.
