- encourage and provide assistance for the Scottish higher education sector in developing institutional Employability strategies
- aid the embedding of Employability within the curriculum
- implement its strategy in parallel with work on Personal Development Planning (PDP) as part of the Effective Learning Framework (ELF) project.

Personal and Professional Development Planning
The PDP site has been designed to help understand what is involved in personal and professional development planning for students at Edinburgh's Napier University. You will find a range of resources and links to help you provide high quality personal and professional development planning activities and opportunities to your students.
