Confident Futures is an innovative programme of personal development that is unique within Higher Education. It has been designed to enable students to take responsibility for their own personal and professional development, enhance their approach to learning, engage more deeply with their programme, and relate these to their career and future aspirations. We pride ourselves on working with students to enhance their personal skills for their own professional development.
Our programme is designed to:
- Enhance students' ability to succeed by helping them to develop their self-management skills and attitudes in order to:
- Be more successful in their academic studies
- Increase their competitive edge with employers
- Empower our students to achieve their full potential by equipping them to:
- Be responsible for their own development
- Identify and maximise their personal strengths and abilities
