Manage Yourself, Manage Your Time
Manage Yourself | Productive Working
Purpose of workshop
To develop effective time management and personal planning strategies
Good time management habits are a vital foundation on which to build personal success. Poor time management habits can undermine your ability to do well. The resulting anxiety and disorganisation can reduce the quality of your work and undermine self-confidence. It can also reduce your effectiveness as a team member. Most time management advice provides a list of standard techniques which don’t take into account the specific time management problems you suffer from as an individual. In this workshop, by understanding and learning how to manage yourself – your energy, your attention and your stress levels - you will devise a personalised approach to maximise your effectiveness, when working alone and with other people.
